Garden waste is branches, stems and trunks of trees or shrubs. You can drop off this waste at the waste recycling centre free of charge, or it can be collected.

Collection

If it is difficult to drop off the garden waste, you can arrange for it to be collected free of charge. 

Due to other collections, the day you have selected may already be full. Please select a different day.

Costs

Garden waste can be dropped off at the waste recycling centre free of charge. The wood can also be collected free of charge.

Rules for putting waste out for collection

  • Max. 4 m3. (per appointment).
  • Loose or bundled with sisal rope, not in rubbish (or other) bags.
  • No loose leaves or grass cuttings in amongst the garden waste.
  • Accessible for the crane truck from the public road. Do not leave near to a hedge, high-voltage line, fence, wall, tree or lamppost. The crane must be able to pick it up.
  • Place the waste on the road in front of your property (not in your garden).

Waste collection starts at 06:00 hours. You may put it out from 21:00 hours the evening before. Prevent additional waste being added to your waste by putting it outside in the morning.

Only garden waste that has been put out for collection correctly will be picked up.
