Parking fine
You pay parking tax to park in a paid parking spot. If you do not pay, you will receive a penalty charge notice (parking fine) for parking tax. Breda Council issues the penalty charge notice.
Payment penalty charge notice
You receive a penalty charge notice from Invoned. As well as the hourly fee, you will also pay the costs for issue of the penalty charge notice. The city council decides on the charges and costs.
Making an objection
If you do not agree with the penalty charge notice, you can object.
You may not object to the level of the charges and costs.
Parking fine and request a photo
If the parking fine is in your name, if you wish you can ask for the photo of the offence.
