Parking permit conditions

Conditions

• The Parking Regulations Breda 2022 (Dutch) and the Designation order parking taxes 2023 (Dutch) apply.
• The permit only applies to the designated zones and places, at the times given for that zone.
• The permit does not apply to the parking and stopping restrictions.
• When applying for a parking permit, provide the number plate.
• The permit issued for that number plate can only be used for the vehicle with that number plate.
• The parking permit does not give anyone a right to a parking space.
• The permit cannot be transferred to someone else.
• The permit holder must make any changes in P-Loket (Dutch)or tell the Parking Authority about these in writing.
• Parking in breach of these conditions is the same as parking without a permit.
• The permit is only valid for the period it has been paid for; if the payment is late, the permit will be withdrawn.
• If the conditions aren't complied with, if the licence is misused, or if incorrect information was given in the permit application, the permit can be withdrawn.
