Submit a viewpoint

Would you like to respond to a decision still to be reached by the municipality? If so, in certain cases, you can submit a viewpoint For example, in response to a spatial plan Or in response to a licence or permit application, if you are the interested party.

Submitting a viewpoint is a formal procedure. If you have a question or would like to make a comment, please contact the municipality first of all.

Conditions

You submit a viewpoint within the period specified for that submission. This is also stated in the notification. The date of receipt is key to deciding whether a viewpoint has been received on time.

Does your viewpoint concern a spatial plan? You will receive a response to your viewpoint by email.
